Cheddar Caving Club Picks up Stream in Rod’s Pot
The Cheddar Caving Club has been busy digging around in Rod’s Pot in the Mendip Hills of England for a while now, and lately they are really beginning to pick up speed. They have already extended the length by approximately 75-80m (~250 feet) beyond the previous terminus and are continuing to push forward connecting passages together.
If you’re reading this, able-bodied and in the vicinity, it sounds like the diggers would love some assistance hauling out the spoils. To get a feel for what’s involved check out this excellent video.
