Ningaloo Underground, the 30th biennial Australian Speleological Federation National Conference, is scheduled to take place in Exmouth, Western Australia this summer from June 21st to 26th.

The event promises a fantastic conference program with opportunities to explore some smaller walk-in and “crawl-in” caves close to town, as well as to hunt for new caves, and even snorkel over Ningaloo Reef.

Cavers with vertical SRT skills will also have the option of attending pre- and post-conference trips which will visit some of the most technical multi-pitch caves in Australia.

Located 1,270 kilometres (790 miles) north of Perth, near the tip of the North West Cape in Western Australia, Exmouth is one of the few areas in Australia that can boast the Range to Reef experience, with the Cape Range National Park and the adjacent Ningaloo Coast World Heritage Area.

Registration has begun, with a special earlybird price of $220.00 AUD (~$168.00 USD) offered until 31 March. As of April 1st, the cost jumps to $250.00 AUD (~$190.00 USD).

For more information or to register, visit the Ningaloo Underground website.
