International Youth Speleologist Camp: Juhöfola 2012 Announced

Next summer the International Training Camp for Young Speleologists or Juhöföla 2012, will take place in Germany’s Swabian Alps.

Based in the town of Blaubeuren – Seissen, the 16 day long camp, beginning July 27th, 2012, is intended for young people who want to start caving or who want to hone their skills.

Open for youth aged 16 – 26 (although folks up to 29 may be accepted), the camp will offer different training courses covering cave exploration and surveying and the geology, biology and hydrology of caves.

Anyone interested should be able to understand either German or English.
