2013 NSS Convention Update: Set-up Day
Things began to buzz here at Pennsylvania’s Shippensburg University, site of the 2013 NSS Convention, on Saturday.
All the action was in the Ceddia Union “CUB” Building with vendors busy setting up for today’s opening at noon. The Registration Desk was also in full swing as attendees began to arrive, meanwhile the Salon personnel and artists worked to get their displays and installations ready for show.
Hopefully, this week we will be able to bring you stories and photos of the goings on and the people of the NSS Convention. But for now, here are some photos from “Set-up Day.”

NSS Member Charles J. Kahn, for the second year in a row, has brought a 3-D photograph from inside a cave. This photograph came from a recently-discovered passageway in Grand Caverns, located in Grottoes, Virginia. What made this discovery particularly intriguing is that it was found not far from a tourist trail which dates back nearly 200 years! Photo by Dean Wiseman
