First International Planetary Caves Workshop Interview with Penny Boston

An interview that took place during the First International Planetary Caves Workshop with professor of cave and karst science Penny Boston, has finally made it online.

Mat Kaplan, the host of The Planetary Society’s Planetary Radio attended the workshop, held between October 25th and 28th at Carlsbad Caverns National Park, put on to “promote …cave exploration and research across the solar system.”

The show, which aired on Monday, November 21, 2011, begins with short a discussion of Europa’s water ice and a visit with Bill Nye before heading underground at Carlsbad about 7 minutes in.
