Video: Explore an Ice Cave on Alberta’s Athabasca Glacier

Join photographer David Wilder for a trek to visit a recently exposed ice cave on the Athabasca Glacier, part of Alberta’s Columbia Icefield.

The video shows Wilder’s three hour long hike to the glacier and the hour-long trek across the glacier, both sped up of course, as well as the triumphant arrival at, and brief exploration of, the dynamic ice cave.
