February 24, 2015 / California, United States, North America

Students from San Diego’s Point Loma Nazarene University recently paid a visit to the Arroyo Tapiado mud caves in Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.

The visit, one of PLNU’s Great Escapes program destinations, gets students exploring, crawling and finding their way though the caves which can be up to 1,000 feet (300 meters) long.
