Sue Happy Center for Biological Diversity is at it Again

Bureau of Land Management vs Center for Biological DiversityThe Center for Biological Diversity filed a federal lawsuit in Washington on Wednesday challenging the U.S. Bureau of Land Management’s decision to issue a special permit to the National Speleological Society during it’s convention in Glenwood Springs, Colorado July 16th to 24th.

Despite only allowing three caves to be opened up for tours, with stipulations on trip size and manditory decontaminations, the Center for Biological Diversity argues that all except essential travel into caves should not be permitted to help slow the spread of white nose syndrome in bats.
