Dominican Geographic Episode Five: Haloclines

This fifth episode of Dominican Geographic takes us to visit a halocline.

The halocline, at a certain depth freshwater meets the saltwater layer, being heavier the saltwater sinks but the two do not mix and instead create one of nature’s most psychedelic phenomena.

We skipped covering the fourth episode as it wasn’t related to caving, but it’s a worth while watch if you enjoyed the others.
